Haematococcus pluvialis Powder is a red or dark red powder with good flowability and a slight marine/algal odor. It is produced from Haematococcus pluvialis, the world's richest natural source of astaxanthin. The algae are cultivated in closed photobioreactors. After reaching maturity, the Haematococcus pluvialis cysts are harvested, washed, and dried to produce the powder.
It is mainly used in dietary supplements, nutritional products, health products, aquaculture, and related applications.
