Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from pineapple. The broad substrate specificity of bromelain enables the enzyme to easily and efficiently hydrolyze most soluble proteins. 1.Food industry:
Applied in hydrolyzing protein of plants and animals, so bromelain powder can be used in the meat tenderizer, wine clarifier, stabilizer of noodle, health foods and soy sauce brewing etc.
2.Cosmetic industry:
Bromelain powder is tender skin, removing and whitening effect. Basic principle: pineapple protease can effect on the human skin aging cuticle, make its degradation, decomposition and removal, promote skin metabolism, reduce skin color depth phenomenon caused by sun exposure.
3. Feed industry:
Adding bromelain to feed formula or directly mixed in the feed, can greatly improve the utilization rate of protein and the conversion rate, and can develop a wider source of protein, thus reduce the feed cost.
